My whole life I was thinking with one side of my brain. I think I always been creative but I was not really stimulated in that field. When I came to Bali I continuously met people on my path that put me in certain direction that I felt like I needed to explore more.

I went from a yoga teacher training to reiki energy healing to wise women retreats. Even I am not the kind of person that is super yoga. I don’t actually do yoga everyday. But Yoga was a gateway for me into that spiritual self-study and self-improvement world. Now I prefer dancing and embodied movement as a tool to more in tune with my nature.

Dancing for me is a form of meditation. I feel free when I dance. The only thing that matters is the music and your body in the movement. When you dance, you would hear a certain layer of music and you moved to that layer. Then you hit the next layer and then you started moving to that eventually your body became one with the music.
